As a former leader at companies like Pfizer, and GSK, Kimberly has built and scaled teams, launched global platforms, and pioneered new models for protocol optimization and patient-centric research. Her work has consistently focused on using technology and data to make trials faster, more efficient, and more human.

But behind the executive titles and strategic achievements is a deeper mission—one that came into sharp focus through three pivotal moments in Kimberly’s life.

The first came in 2018, when for the first time in her career, two women who were her peers came alongside her not with competition, but with support, solidarity, and friendship. Their presence revealed what was possible when women showed up for one another in the workplace—not just professionally, but emotionally. It shifted her understanding of what leadership could look like.

Then, in 2021, two back-to-back events broke her open. Kimberly lost a close colleague and CEO she deeply admired—a woman with three young children, a fraying personal life, and the crushing expectations of executive leadership. In the same year, Kimberly’s own teenage daughter entered a personal crisis that rocked their family’s foundation. These experiences forced her to slow down and reflect—not just on what she had built, but on what truly mattered.

Since then, Kimberly has turned her attention toward helping other high-performing women rewrite the rules of success. She now leads women's leadership programs, speaks on the unspoken emotional burdens many women carry, and mentors emerging leaders navigating the tension between ambition, caregiving, and authenticity.
